Personalised Letter Printing

• Why Include a Personalised Letter
  
  - It is generally recognised throughout the Direct Marketing Industry that mailings including a personally addressed letter regularly produce a better response.
  
  - This method provides you with an opportunity to introduce your product or service, and recipients are more likely to take a closer look when mailing pieces are addressed directly to them.
  
  - The small extra cost for this can create a far greater return.

• So what does the service cost?
  
  - In addition to the mailing list rental, ONLY £0.05p per letter - and NO EXTRAS!
  
  - No extra set-up fees No charge for typesetting and proofs
  
  - No charge for signature scanning

• So how does it work?
  
  Having selected the mailing list you require, just send us:
  1. The text of the letter, on disk or by e-mail, plus the typestyle you prefer
  2. A sample of the senders’ signature
  3. And, of course the correct quantity of your headed paper.
  
  We will then:
  1. Typeset the letter using the specified typeface
  2. Scan and insert the signature
  3. Produce a proof for your approval.

Once approved, we run the mail merge, producing your required quantity of individually addressed letters. Quite simple really, but if you need any clarification, or wish to investigate this service further, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Direct Mail Fulfilment

Once you have selected the mailing list you wish to use, we can fully complete your mailing.

• So how does it work?
  
  All you need to do is let us know the quantity, weight and size of your mailing piece/s, and we will do the rest.
  
  - Firstly we will cost out the two key elements of the mailing;
  
  The mailing house fulfillment costs:- This include any leaflet folding, envelopes, leaflet insertion, sealing envelopes, printing & affixing address labels, franking and any special sorting.
  
  The postage costs:- This includes standard 1st, 2nd class or Mailsort in the UK, plus postage and consolidation cost for overseas addresses.
  
  - Once costs are agreed, we ask you to dispatch the correct quantity of inserts to our mailing house. We then supply the mailing labels and envelopes, and project manage the process through to completion.
