Pricing Information

Named Academics

• One-time rental of the A-Mail Academic database is charged at £120.00 per 1,000 records.
  
  
• We have no premium rates for overseas names, the same rate applies to all data.
  
  
• We set no minimum order quantity, but charge a one-off set-up fee of £50.00.
  
  
• Multi-use:- data leasing for one year is charged at £480.00 per 1,000 records.
  
  
• Data can be output as personalised letters, onto your own letterhead. This service is provided at an extra cost of £50.00 per 1,000 A4 letters – just 5p each.
  
  
• We make no extra charges for any selection criteria, Keycoding or sorting in Mailsort order.

Faculty / Site Libraries & Named Specialist Librarians

All the above pricing applies, except for the following differences:

• One-time rental of the A-Mail Named Librarians database is charged at £150.00 per 1,000 records.
  
  
• Multi-use:- data leasing for one year is charged at £500.00 per 1,000 records.
